Preventive measures to lessen mobile phone radiation exposure

• Choose a mobile phone model with low SAR (Specific Absorption Rate)


• Use landline if available


• Keep your call duration short


• Use hands-free kit


• When the signal is weak avoid the usage of cell phones


• Do not walk and talk


• Do not place use mobile near or under the pillow while in bed


• Instead of taking your mobile in pockets, keep it in your purse or backpack


• Switch off your phones when not in use

Despite of all this use EMF protection shields/ devices to reduce the exposure of RF radiation
